About
The Founder
As a registered dietitian for first responders and the wife of a firefighter, I wanted to create a scientifically-backed, clean product line for first responders and their unique needs. As the nutritionist for the Boston Fire Department and someone who has worked with organizations such as FDNY, Boston Police, O2X and the First Responder Center for Excellence, I’ve seen and tackled the diverse health challenges faced by our heroes nationwide. After working closely with police, fire and military all over the country, I founded Healthy Response to provide clean, trusted supplements tailored specifically for first responders by someone who understands them.
What I’ve realized along the way is that many people outside of first responder roles are living with similar stress and burnout. That’s why our mission has grown. Today, our supplements are also for everyday people navigating busy lives, balancing multiple roles, and looking for real solutions to support their health.
